Order Dispatch & Delivery Information
Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria within two working days after full payment is received.
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, order size and weight, and the most cost-effective carrier. The delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before payment and order confirmation and will be included in your total order price. Please double-check your details and shipping address before submitting your purchase to avoid any delays.

Shipping Methods Based on Parcel Weight

Items weighing 22kg or less are usually dispatched with Australia Post.

Parcels weighing 22kg or less but with a lower shipping cost than Australia Post will be dispatched with Aramex.

Parcels over 22kg are typically dispatched with Allied Express or Hunter Express.

Parcels under 30kg may also be dispatched with Team Global Express.
Note: Couriers other than Australia Post do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect addresses. If an undeliverable or incorrect address is provided, your parcel will not be dispatched until we receive updated and accurate information.
Warehouse Pickup & Own Couriers
To ensure efficient order fulfillment, pick-up and self-arranged couriers are not available at our warehouse.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided. You can track your parcel through the following links:
Estimated Delivery Time Frames

VIC: 3–5 working days

NSW, SA, ACT: 4–8 working days

QLD, NT, WA, TAS: 6–10 working days
These time frames are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by external factors. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please contact our customer service team.
Please Note:
- Delivery times start after payment is cleared and the order is dispatched (usually within one working day).
- We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as our delivery partners also cannot guarantee them.
Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned to us, our customer service team will contact you via email.
Incorrect Address
Most undelivered parcels are due to incorrect addresses. Please check your address carefully when placing your order. A redelivery fee will apply if the parcel needs to be resent.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a missed delivery card with instructions on how to collect or arrange redelivery.
- If shipped via Australia Post, the parcel will be held at a nearby post office for 10 business days.
- For other couriers, redelivery or pick-up from a depot or collection point may be available. Additional redelivery fees may apply.
Parcel Rejected by Receiver
If your order is a gift, please inform the recipient to avoid rejection. A redelivery fee will apply if the parcel needs to be resent.
